The year of the snake!

Today is Chinese New Year and what better way to celebrate such a special occasion than with cake! This year is also year of the Snake so I am informed it will be a good year for all those like me out there! What an auspicious day! These lovely little treats are Red Velvet cupcakes with cream cheese icing and fondant decorations.
