Chocolate Rose Wedding Extravaganza

This weekend just past I had the pleasure of making a cake FULL of chocolate goodness!
The cake itself was alternating tiers if chocolate mud cake. The bottom a milk chocolate, the middle white chocolate and the top dark chocolate. Each tier was iced in a coordinating ganache.
The cake is decorated with handmade chocolate roses and fans. Yum!

Call of Duty: Black Ops

A wee birthday cake for my very dear nephew who turns 8 on Saturday. He is gluten and dairy free as well as having an egg free friend. This cake had to be very allergy friendly!
